We are introducing an exciting Assisted Living renovation project in our historic manor house. King-Bruwaert House continues a remarkable 85-year history of offering professional care and services to women and men, age 60+. Our dedicated Board of Directors, administration and management team remain committed to renovation projects that keep pace with market trends and consumer preferences. We are launching our first major room reconstruction project since 1986 and we hope you will share our enthusiasm. Each of our new suites will feature a unique layout with light colors and an efficient use of space.
Carrington Hall suites include in-unit kitchenette and washer-dryer. Services include daily meals in our main dining room, weekly housekeeping, bed linen change, trash removal, scheduled transportation, social services, individualized service plans and a variety of daily activities.

- There is a special sentiment associated with the beautiful sleigh bells that are well known at K-B. During the real estate closing (in the early 1930s) on the 35-acre property on which King-Bruwaert House now stands, the landowners, Edward and Laura Carrington, presented a set of sleigh bells to William Burry, Jr., trustee to the King-Bruwaert estate. The Carringtons requested that the bells be rung every Christmas morning – a tradition that continues to this day.
